FastCGI ErrorThe FastCGI Handler was unable 的错误解决方法

 安装完PHP后，会出现以下错误：

FastCGI ErrorThe FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. 

Error Details:

• Error Number: 5 (0x80070005).

• Error Description:
  

HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

在平时VPS装好护卫神·PHP套件(FastCGI-PHP5.4.41-32bit)的环境后，访问PHP却提示 FastCGI ErrorThe FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. 

这个原因，是没有安装 VC9运行的环境的原因，百度搜一下下载安装一下就行了。
